A Gift from the Heart: Jin's Donation for Children’s Day
In celebration of Children's Day in South Korea, BTS member Jin has donated ₩100 million KRW (approximately $73,000 USD) to Seoul Asan Medical Center's Children's Hospital.
Jin shared, “Every time I see children fighting illnesses, it breaks my heart. I hope this small contribution helps them recover quickly and enjoy a bright, happy life.”
The hospital stated that the donation will go toward improving medical environments and treatment facilities for pediatric patients.
Jin’s Ongoing Legacy of Kindness
- In 2019, Jin donated ₩100 million to UNICEF and was inducted into the UNICEF Honors Club for his generous support.
- In early 2025, he donated another ₩100 million to Korea University Medical Center to assist patients with rare diseases in underdeveloped countries.
